3. Base Community Subscription

The Discover Hyperconsciousness Resonance community is available for €12 per year.

Includes permanent access to foundational content, forum, and community dialogues.

Access is valid for 12 months, after which renewal is required.

4. Monthly / Weekly Activation Modules

Each month or week, a new activation module is released.

Access to each module is time-limited to its payment period.

Users pay individually per module, and access is granted only while payment is active.

Modules may include live sessions, recordings, exercises, coaching, or gamified tasks.

5. Payments and Access

Payment is processed via Stripe, PayPal, or other approved methods.

Access to services begins once payment is confirmed.

Refunds for activations are proportional if partial services have been delivered.

Refunds are not available once recordings or content have been downloaded or accessed.

6. Health, Safety, and Participation

Services may include physical, energetic, or emotional exercises.

Participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being.

Consult a healthcare professional if you have any physical or mental health concerns before participating.

Participation is voluntary, and MQ9 Matrix-Quotient 9 Solutions BV is not liable for injury, loss, or adverse effects resulting from participation.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

No specific outcomes or results are guaranteed; results depend on your personal effort and engagement.

Services are for educational, informational, and personal growth purposes only.

We disclaim liability for:

Direct, indirect, consequential, or special damages

Losses resulting from reliance on content

Technical issues with the Website or live sessions

Participants use the Website and Services at their own risk.

8. Intellectual Property

Base subscription renewal or monthly activations must be manually renewed, no automatic access beyond the payment period.
